Miracles of homeopathy Miracles of homeopathyMr. Mansoor A. Sheikh, Advocate, records his testimony about the effectiveness of homoeopathic treatment. By profession I am a practicing lawyer. In the year 1994 I had come to know about the miracles of Homeopathy treatment through some of my friends, who were cured with homeopathy treatments and used to discuss about various medicines of homeopathy. By these discussions I developed my interest in homeopathy and started reading books about it. First I experienced about this treatment when my mother had got liver carcinoma and she was cured to a large extent with this treatment. Her carcinoma was reduced substantially and all allopathic doctors were astonished how it has reduced. Of late, I myself had got severe pain in my stomach and despite several pain killer injections and other allopathic medicines, pain could not be relieved. Eventually, on referral from a friend, I consulted Dr. Ahmad Fakir Muhammad, Homeopathic doctor, who after taking my history prescribed a homeopathic medicine. It is unbelievable that a single dose relieved my 50% pain and subsequent doses completely cured my disease. Again I got similar pain attack after three months and I rushed to Dr. Ahmad Fakir who gave me only two doses and I immediately got relief. Since then I have no complaint of such pain. It is my firm belief that homeopathic medicines, if prescribed according to the symptoms of patients, work very quick. Mansoor A. Arambagh Road of Karachi has the distinction of having accommodated such early torch-bearers of Homoeopathy in Pakistan as Dr. A. Hamid, Dr. Hasan Aziz, etc. So I was acquainted with homoeopathy as a child but, truly speaking, it was not my first choice treatment – in fact, some times I treated it with the usual contempt as is quite common until I met Dr. Ahmad Fakir Muhammad and saw his method of treatment. The way he handled my mother’s urinary tract infection has made me a strong supporter of homeopathy. My mother is about 74. She had recurring urinary tract infections which had been treated through strong antibiotics from time to time. If I remember correctly, it was in 1995 when the antibiotics failed to act. According to doctors, she had a bacterial strain that was resistant to even the third generation antibiotics! It was at that juncture that we consulted Dr. Ahmad Fakir Muhammad. He took mother’s case in detail and promised to prescribe a suitable medicine in a few days. If I remember correctly, the initial prescription was Colchicum. Improvement was noticeable in a few days, with mother complaining less and less about the burning and inconsistency of urine. Subsequent tests showed decreased bacterial count and disappearance of Pus cells, RBCs and other abnormalities in the urine. In view of the long-standing nature of the complaint and overuse of antibiotics, the infection could not be cured radically as feared by Dr. Ahmad Fakir Muhammad during the first interview. From time to time, it keeps on striking back. The important thing for me, however, is that both the intensity and frequency have decreased considerably and the problem has become easily manageable. I was having a skin problem i.e. some small white spots had appeared on shoulders, arms and hands for which I consulted a skin specialist allopathic doctor who prescribed me medicine, some cream and ointment to apply on the affected parts. Applying cream and ointment on such a large area was a real problem. Anyway, I did that regularly for a whole month but there was no result. He gave me some powders and asked to visit after a week. There was no result. He changed the medicine on next visit. After four or five days, I noticed, the white spots at some areas had become a bit lighter. Muhammad. Back to TopRecurring cyst disappears under homoeopathic treatment I am sick of doctors, particularly if they are surgeons, too. This sickness has not come suddenly. First, it was just a lack of liking for them, gradually evolving over years into what it is now.Often I wonder, why do doctors – particularly the so-called specialists - charge so high a fee when they can accomplish nothing. Do they charge for making the case worse as they did in my case? I think, there should be legislation binding the doctors to refund the cost of treatment to the patient if they fail to provide him any relief. I had a cyst at my chest. It was of the size of a pea – highly itching and slightly painful. Medicines failed to give any relief and the cyst kept on increasing in size and finally the doctor advised me to undergo a minor surgical procedure. That was about one and a half years back. At that time I knew little about homeopathy. Barely, six months after the operation came back the cyst. The doctor was unable to give any plausible explanation and suggested one more procedure but was evasive when asked to give a firm assurance that the cyst won’t come back. I consulted another doctor but the cyst did not yield to his treatment either. To cut it short, the cyst was once again excised but within less than six months, a new one appeared slightly away from the sites of the earlier two. The scars left by the previous incisions had become inflamed, itchy and painful to touch. By then, I had fully realized the futility of surgical excision and one can guess the extent of my frustration. Someone advised me to try homeopathy. I had heard about homeopathy in the past but it was said to be a slow treatment but there was no better choice left. The Arambagh area of Karachi has a number of homoeopathic clinics. It was out of sheer good luck, that I chose to consult Dr. Ahmad Fakir Muhammad. Dr. Fakir diagnosed it as a badly treated keloid made worse through two-time surgical intervention. He congratulated me, saying I was lucky to have it back, the other possibility could have been its shifting to internal organs and that would have been really bad. Homeopathy is said to act slowly. Keeping that in mind, as also my sour experience of the doctors, I asked Dr. Fakir about the duration of treatment. He said that the duration differed from patient to patient. It might take somewhere between one to six months. But fortunately, the new growth disappeared within 16 days! The scars also lost reddishness and were no more sensitive to touch. pneumonia under homoeopathic treatment. My name is Mushtaq Ahmed. I am holding job as an Assistant Engineer Electrical in Government sector. I am about 40 years old. I had been a chronic patient of tonsillitis due to which my entire right side of the face, including the right ear, was affected. I had pain all the time. Mr. Adeebullah, a civil engineer, relates how his daughter was relieved of asthma. My daughter Saadia, now 4 years old, weighed just 4 lbs at birth. She had a number of problems. The most troublesome was the difficulty of breathing – the so-called childhood asthma. With passage of time, the problem got from bad to worse and I kept on running from one doctor to another. I live in Karachi, work in Hub (Baluchistan) and my permanent residence is in Malakwal (Distt: Mandi Bahauddin). My family moves to Malakwal on Eidul Fitre every year for two weeks or more. On the other hand, how homoeopathy relying on the signs and symptoms of the patient as a guide to establishing a diagnosis can afford relief.
I did not want to undergo surgery for a number of reasons. One was the post-operation complications including the inability to ejaculate. Secondly, my late father, who had had the same trouble years ago, had greatly improved under Pariera Brava, a homoeopathic medicine. Although, Pariera did not help me but I was confident, homoeopathy could help me if I seriously pursued the treatment. I had severe cutting and burning pain in the urethra. It was so terrible that even the thought of making urine would make me shudder. I would drink less to check the sudden urge and control frequent urination. Sleep was scanty and disturbed. I shudder even today to think of the agony I was undergoing then. The operation was just five days away when I consulted Dr. Ahmad Fakir Muhammad. During the 20 or 25 minutes that I was with him, I found him quite understanding and attentive. What followed the homoeopathic treatment was something I had not expected, thought or even imagined of. 30 hours after starting the treatment, I passed a stone and with that all the terrible symptoms disappeared as though I had never had them. Did I have the stone in the prostate? Do the stones also form in the prostate gland? Or was it a kidney stone? If it was a kidney stone, why did it not show up in the ultrasound report? There were several questions. Instead of waiting for the scheduled appointment, I visited Dr. Fakir the very next day and put these questions to him. He replied with his usual calm, “Formation of stones within the prostate gland is possible but what you passed was in all probability a kidney stone”. Surprised, I asked in somewhat a raised voice, “Was the medication you prescribed for the kidney stone?” “It affects the urinary system as well as the prostate gland”, he replied and picked up a book from the shelf. Turning the pages, he pointed to a paragraph, asking me to read for myself. Having eyeglasses not at hand, I requested him to do that for me. As he began to read, I found, every symptom that I had was there – burning and cutting pains, sudden urge and urinary frequency – everything. Right then, it dawned upon me, why some unfortunate patients continue to suffer or even get worse after undergoing surgery. They are treated and operated upon for something they do not have! What would have happened if I had consented to a surgery that was not indicated? young business executive records his testimony about the effectiveness of
homoeopathy in sciatica. I had pain in my left leg, from the hip to the
ankle. Riding a bike or
sitting long in one position would cause stiffness and so severe a pain
that it would interfere with normal walking, causing a limp for a few
minutes. Coming out of bed in the morning was a testing time as the pain
was very severe at that time. At that time, I was a student of MBA at the
Iqra University, Karachi, and was also working with a private company.
All this involved a daily hectic and stressful activity. The pain
was a real impediment, affecting the pace of my daily routine. I had consulted several MBBS doctors. They gave it
different names – sciatica, spondylosis and what not – advising
physiotherapy side by side with the usual medication. One or two of them
painted quite a grievous picture, saying I might have to undergo spinal
surgery if the usual treatment did not help. That was quite frightening. After the usual treatment had failed, I decided to
give homoeopathy a try and consulted Dr. Fakir who diagnosed it as
Sciatica, saying it results from nerve compression or entrapment at a
particular point of the spine and that I would get well, Inshah Allah.
Kind and reassuring words – something that I had longed to hear –
but never did - during my encounters with the previously consulted
doctors. That was in July 2002. Several ups and downs came during the course of
treatment – the pain improving, improvement stopping, the pain getting
worse and the improvement beginning once again. That was for the initial
month. Afterwards, the improvement was steady so that in September 2002
