There is nothing as good homoeopathy or bad homoeopathy. Either it is homoeopathy or no homoeopathy.

Homoeopathy insists on administration of one (single) remedy at a time. It is essential that the effects and safety of a medicinal substance must be fully known through extensive trials and experiments before it is given to the sick. Most single homoeopathic remedies come up to this standard and are extremely effective and 100% safe when used appropriately.

Sadly, a good number of homoeopaths in Pakistan prescribe Combinations (also known as patent medicines, multi-ingredient medicines, combination numbers, complex medicines, etc.) along with single remedies. This is quite unsafe apart from being against the standards set down by the Pakistan Homoeopathic Pharmacopoea, 1978, published by the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine ( now National Council for Homoeopathy), Federal Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan.
